Participants will practice the walk-around process by using specially designed cards for the homeowner, technician, comfort consultant, plumber, and electrician; participants will then ask strategic questions to identify the homeowner's problem or pain point. In addition, they will learn how to confidently talk about money and how to offer flexible payment options that meet the customer's needs and budget, ensuring a smooth conversation about pricing and payment.
