What does the 15 minute discovery call include?
Start with a quick, 15-minute discovery call—your first step toward a full strategy session. An SBE team member will ask a few questions about your business to gain insight into your current challenges and goals, helping us tailor your upcoming strategy call.
What does the 45 minute strategy call include?
In a 45-minute, commitment-free strategy call, we’ll explore your goals and challenges, leaving you with one or two actionable insights. If you’re interested, we can discuss SBE’s training, coaching, and business planning options, but there’s no obligation—just an opportunity to meet our team and see what fits your needs. We’re here to help you make the best choice for your business and future.
Does SBE have in-person or virtual coaching and training?
SBE offers virtual coaching and training, regional group training, and on-site (in-person) training at your location.
Does SBE require an annual contract?
No. SBE does not require you to commit to an annual contract.
What IS included in the monthly program?
SBE offers a complete support system for your business, including one-on-one coaching for owners and managers, unlimited virtual training for your team, the SBE App & Dashboard for field employees, an extensive playbook with thousands of documents and videos, and access to mastermind groups for team-wide growth.
What IS NOT included in the monthly program?
In-person training (on-site & regional) and the annual conference. SBE members can ask about our interest-free payment plans for these events.
How much time do I need to devote to coaching & training?
In the first 90 days, you’ll want to put in at least 8 hours per month on coaching and training. After that, we recommend continuing at least 6 hours per month or more when needed.
What will my path with SBE look like?
No two paths will look the same, but the road may be similar. Ask about the SBE Contractor Journey on your Strategy Call.
How long will I need to coach before I start seeing results?
Every contractor is different. If you are implementing changes and attending your coaching calls and training sessions consistently, you should start to see positive results within a few months. It will take work and time - some of it will be easy, and some of it will be hard, but if you dedicate the time to make improvements, you will meet your goals. CONSISTENCY IS KEY.
How long are the coaching calls and training sessions?
Coaching calls are typically 45 minutes long, and training sessions are usually 60 minutes long.
How frequently can I reach out to my coach?
You can reach out to your coach with questions or concerns at any time, but if you have an urgent question, you can send your message to customersupport@sbeodyssey.com, and you will receive an answer within a couple of hours, but no longer than 24 business hours.
How long does it take to hear back from my coach?
If you email your coach, you will hear back from them within 24-48 business hours. If it is an urgent issue, a text or phone call will be the quickest way to reach them.
