An opportunity for owners and managers to visit with the exhibitors at the trade show and enjoy heavy appetizers and an open bar. *This event is business casual, but don't forget to represent your company. We want to see your company's logos on your shirts.
4:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Beer Pong Party (Sponsored by Avoca)
This event is for all technicians, plumbers, comfort consultants, electricians, and CSRs/dispatchers to have fun.

Our registration table will be open and near training all day for any questions you may have.
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Alumni Breakfast
All attendees are welcome. Join us for a breakfast buffet as we celebrate the SBE members who have been in the program for 2+ years.
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: General Session
Join us for Emcee Kymone Hinds' introduction of a powerful general session, featuring Kelcey Brueggeman's discussion of The Joseph Groh Foundation and Women in HVACR. Followed by keynotes from Jim Probst and Dr. Dennis Cummins, whose team-building activity (The Breakthrough Experience) will conclude the general session.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
