Congratulations on becoming a Level 2 Trusted Technician.
This training is designed for technicians who already have the foundation of the Trusted Technician dialed in and are looking for advanced techniques and a deeper dive into the step-by-step process.

One of the most essential skills you will learn is identifying which process tools to use with your customer during the call. This skill will allow you to effectively communicate their system’s issues or problems, how they impact their everyday life, and how to get them to take action.

This is a real workshop -

Not your regular sit in your seat and listen to the trainer for 8 hours. We’ll be learning and implementing every skill and technique covered.

Criteria to Attend This Training: You are already in the level 2 virtual Trusted Technician class, or you’ve attended at least 1 in-person Trusted Technician training in the last year.

Who Should Attend: Advanced technicians who want to enhance their ability to provide more value to customers and increase their annual revenue.
