What do I need to do to get started?
Very simple, just update your SBE app from the app or play store. The web app is accessed using the same link as before app.sbeodyssey.comDo I need to create a new user or password?
No. Simply log in with your credentials used on the old app. If forgotten, simply click forgot password.Why didn't the rankings on the SBE site update?
The source of our rankings on the website has changed. Zoho analytics pulls that data from our old app’s database. That’ll be resolved this week. For live rankings, you can check on the web or mobile app.What happened to the department specific dashboards?
For those that had multiple organizations in the app to reflect departments, they have been combined into a single organization. To see the different departments, simply hover over dashboards. You’ll see departments that apply to your company. These include Service, Sales, Plumbing, and Electrical. Simply select the department you want to review.What happens if I have multiple users/logins?
Send a ticket to support@sbeodyssey.com and we’ll combine them for you. Note the emails associated with the user and which one to move everything to.What happened to my opportunity and job types?
With this project, we’re cleaning up the opportunity and job types. Some opportunity and job types were eliminated (too many duplicate names), but were re-assigned to the new type. If you need help locating anything, please submit a support ticket at support@sbeodyssey.comAre jobs associated with old opportunity/job types gone?
No. All of the old opportunity/job types have been hidden from being selected. Some have been combined with others. Revenue associated with those jobs is still reflected in dashboard totals and rankings. IT can provide further answers if it’s ever questioned and can be restored if needed. Consider it hidden, not deleted.What if I need help?

This is possible. We set aside all weekend for migrating and updating data however there was a timeframe that they could’ve been logging jobs on our new app. We removed any jobs logged this weekend due to issues it was causing with our database during the migration. Please re-enter all jobs from over the weekend. Sorry for any inconvenience.
