What is your onboarding process like?
Our onboarding process includes a Membership Accelerator Program, which helps lock in value within the first 30 days. We review your program, suggest best practices to enhance data quality, leverage our tools, create marketing collateral & train your entire organization. In-person training and ride-alongs are also part of the process. Lastly, if you are on ServiceTitan, we provide a free audit of ServiceTitan (valued at $1,000).
What data do the sensors track?
The sensors track over 30 data points and leverage AI to gain insight into the system. When something is wrong, we trigger a lead opportunity through the FSM based on sensor data, providing our contractors with a data-backed sales opportunity.
