Her professional journey began in marketing for home healthcare companies, where she gained deep insights into consumer behavior and developed innovative strategies to meet their evolving needs. For the past twenty years, Heather has navigated through various roles in management, operations, and customer service. This journey has provided valuable insights into optimizing organizational efficiency while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

In 2019, Heather moved to Texas and is enjoying the slower paced life and ALL the greenery. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, swimming, glamping, and riding off-road vehicles at the many mud parks in Texas.
