Erin, our Chief of Staff, began her career in the public sector, working with local municipalities. Starting in the Parks and Recreation Division, she quickly ascended to a management role, leveraging her experience to transition into higher education. Prior to SBE, Erin served as an enrollment representative at the University of Phoenix, where she also earned her Master of Business Administration degree.
With over a decade of experience, Erin has honed her skills in effective communication, schedule management, and goal setting. At SBE, she manages accounts receivable, oversees internal HR functions, and leads the administrative team, ensuring smooth operations and organizational success.
