Erin, our Support Team Lead, started her career in the public sector working with local municipalities. In the Parks and Recreation Division, she worked her way up to a management position and later transitioned that knowledge into higher education. Most recently she was an enrollment representative at the University of Phoenix, where she also earned a Master of Business Administration degree. During the last ten years, the most notable experience she acquired includes effective communication, creating/modifying schedules, and creating long/short-term goals.
Erin is here to assist with accounts receivable, SBE internal HR and oversees the admin team.
