Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Coaching & Training and the Coaching Development Specialist
- Review and analyze reports and daily matrics
- Audit dashboards including data collection and entry for the team
- Download and upload daily coaching calls as needed
- Watch coaching call recordings and complete surveys
- Share ideas for improvements and how to scale the coaching department
- Help complete special projects with team members
- Write or improve Standard Operating Procedures
Knowledge and Experience You Will Gain
- Ability to analyze data
- Present information to C Suite management
- Acquire skills of a successful presenter
- Understand key components of running a business: P&L, Marketing, Recruiting, Onboarding, Leadership
- Project Management
- Become proficient in Zoho CRM, Matrix LMS, Microsoft, Zoom, Dropbox, Apptoto calendar software
- Develop coaching and training competencies
