ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS TRAINING
During these flexibly scheduled coaching/training calls, your SBE Business Coach conducts an ongoing in-depth business evaluation using the SBE Dashboard, your Financials, your Leadership Team, and other SBE tools. We identify your highest impact, easiest to accomplish priorities and then go to work. You have someone to walk you through the program, every step of the way.
SBE APP AND DASHBOARD
The tool that helps you track and measure. Technicians and comfort consultants track their sales throughout each day on their iPhone or Android SBE App. Owners and admin staff may track the progress of the technicians’ entries on the SBE dashboard in real time. We use this data to coach them on their strengths and weaknesses and make decisions based on data.
Over 1,000 documents and videos, including sales and install documents, SOP’s (standard operating procedures), CSR scripts, hiring documents, marketing tools, workbooks for training, maintenance agreement forms, service invoices, price books (retail service and retail equipment), coaching videos, and much more.
Owners Boot Camp
During this 1-day boot camp, you will be given the tools and training for goal setting, readiness planning, leadership development, KPIs, understanding priorities, and next steps. As an owner, you will be given the tools to learn how to coach and how to get started coaching.

The Building Sales Champions “Taking quiet Market Share” Boot Camp helps contractors and their technicians understand our business and customers, set goals, learn how to coach and learn how to get coached. They will also learn how to build an ongoing development plan based on the technician’s unique strengths and weakness revealed in the evaluation results.
Building Sales Champions “Proactive Market” Boot Camp
The Building Sales Champion “Proactive Market” Boot Camp helps contractors and their salespeople understand our business and customers, set goals, learn how to coach and learn how to get coached. They will also learn how to build an ongoing development plan based on the sales person’s unique strengths and weaknesses revealed in the sales evaluation results. With the development of sales skills, salespeople and their coaches will learn how to overcome objectives, understand how to be comfortable discussing money, learn how to qualify, practice consultative selling and much more.
Leadership & Coaching by Department Boot Camps
Network with other HVAC contractors from all over the country, and take classes specific to a department (CSR/Dispatch, Sales & Service, Install, Retro, Operations, Marketing and more!
From Readiness Planning, Marketing, and Coaching. SBE makes it easy to attend webinars from your office or home computer when it is convenient for you. Some webinars will be live, with Q & A at the end, and others prerecorded for your convenience. Webinars are developed to put contractors from around the country on conference calls to discuss specific topics. Some examples are Union Shops – challenges and obstacles, departmental (CSR, Dispatch, Service, Install) discussions and much more!
