PAYMENT OPTIONS
The cost of attendance is $700 per person. You may select the following payment options:
1. Pay the full $700 at the time of registration
2. Pay $350 at the time of registration, and pay the remaining $350 on January 1, 2018 via auto charge on the same card.

Payment Option 1: The full balance of $700 is charged at the time of registration, in which $350 in non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, you must inform SBE by email before November 12, 2017, and a refund of $350 will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after November 12, 2017.

Payment Option 2: The $350 non-refundable deposit in charged. The remaining $350 will be charged automatically on January 1, 2018. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, you must inform SBE by email before November 12, 2017 to turn off the auto charge. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after November 12, 2017.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
The non-refundable deposit for the annual meeting is $350 and is collected at the time of registration.

SUBSTITUTIONS
If a registrant is unable to attend the meeting for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with an SBE representative, someone else from the same company.

NO SHOWS
Registered attendees who do not attend the SBE Annual Conference and have not cancelled will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION
Should you be unable to attend the meeting for any reason, please inform SBE by email before November 12, 2017, to receive a $350 refund (if you selected Payment Option 1), or to turn off the auto charge (if you selected Payment Option 2). No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after November 12, 2017. If for any reason, SBE needs to cancel this meeting, SBE does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.
