The $1,000 per person fee covers the following:
· 3 days of exclusive training where you choose your track (Owner/Manager or Technician/Comfort Consultant)
· SBE Awards Reception & Dinner

· Welcome Reception for all Attendees (appetizers & drinks by the pool at our conference hotel, Sunday night)
· Continental breakfast and lunch (Mon – Wed)
· Coffee, tea, soda, and water provided each day
The following are not included in the $1,000 per person fee:
· Travel (airfare) to and from Phoenix
· Hotel ($239.00 per night per room if booked by 01/14/2021)
· Transportation to and from the airport (estimated at $17 – $30)
· Dinner Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
You can attend too! The cost for a non-SBE member is $1,595.00 per person and would include:

· Welcome Reception for all Attendees (appetizers & drinks by the pool at our conference hotel, Sunday night)

Yes, if you book before 1/14/2021. If you would like to book earlier than 2/12 or after 2/17 you will need to call in to 1-800-KIMPTON (546-7866) and use our group code "W26" to book. We recommend to book rooms early.
No, they do not. A taxi ride or Uber ride should be inexpensive as the hotel is 5 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. There are several taxi and shuttle services available once you arrive at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport as well as, the Valley Metro Rail via the Airport’s Sky Train.
We recommend taking a taxi, Uber or Lyft ride from the airport to the hotel. The estimated cost is $17- $30 each way. The hotel is conveniently located in Downtown Phoenix, AZ, within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping, taverns, and much more.
Only those technicians or comfort consultants who attend the super conference and awards ceremony (or their owners) will receive awards. An owner can accept an award on behalf of their technician. To request a certificate to be emailed to you, please contact jharris@sbeodyssey.com. To request an award to be ordered and mailed for an additional fee, please contact jharris@sbeodyssey.com.
They will get a acrylic award and a paper certificate if they attend this event.

We are continuing with plans for a face-to-face (with masks & social distancing in play) 2021 Annual Super Conference in Phoenix, AZ. However, should our conference be cancelled, a 50% credit of your registration fee will be applied to your account for future SBE monthly fee(s), and the other 50% credit will be applied for future Super Conference registration fees. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation or insurance with your flights just to make sure you get some kind of refund for travel.

Terms & Conditions
The cost of attendance is $1,000* per person. You may select the following payment options:

Payment Option 1: The full balance of $1,000* is charged at the time of registration, none of which is refundable. However, should you not be able to attend and cancel prior to January 1, 2021, a 50% credit will be applied to your account and the other 50% can be applied to a future Super Conference Registration.

Payment Option 2: The $500* non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of registration. However, should you not be able to attend and cancel prior to January 1, 2021 the deposit can be applied to a future Super Conference registration. The remaining $500* will not be charged automatically on January 1, 2021. If you are unable to attend and need to cancel, you must inform SBE by email.

*Early Bird Pricing was applied to registrations received prior to end of day September 30, 2020 & Early Bird 2 Pricing was applied to registrations received prior to end of day October 31, 2020.
If a registrant is unable to attend the meeting for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with an SBE representative, someone else from the same company.
Registered attendees who do not attend the SBE Annual Conference and have not canceled will not be refunded nor will a credit on their SBE account.
Should you be unable to attend the meeting for any reason, please inform SBE by email before January 1, 2021. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after January 1, 2021. If for any reason, SBE needs to cancel this meeting, SBE does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.
SBE will not permit any person (employee, manager or owner) to recruit employees from another company attending one of the SBE boot camps or training at any time. Any person who attempts to recruit another employee will not be allowed to attend any future boot camps with SBE. This includes asking for contact information, giving another employee your contact information or business card and generally asking them about their position and commitment to their current employer. Please understand we take this seriously, and SBE will continue to protect the interests of all SBE companies at all times.
Attendance at this event constitutes permission for your photograph or video to be taken at the event and used for company purposes.
