He has been on the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team for multiple manufacturing and construction firms, both public and private, as well as interim CXO for several firms. His experience in business valuations and buy-side representation has afforded clients valuable insights to improving company value. Michael has owned several companies and understands the difficulties and struggles in today’s business environment.
