
For this Strong Supporting role, we are looking for an individual that excels in a high-paced competitive work environment. • Schedule business meetings for the VP of Sales
• Support the VP of Sales and the Sales Department
• Schedule and coordinate webinars and zoom meetings
• Fulfill all duties and responsibilities of a virtual coordinator
• Manage data in the CRM for Leads, Prospects, and Customers
• Answer incoming calls for sales, managing the flow of information
• Coordinate and manage Business Trainings, Site Visits, and Seminars
• Managing and coordinate appointments/events between several calendars
• Coordinating training and sales events, communicating between multiple parties
• Manage customer calls and inquiries, understanding customer needs and requirements
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrates positive energy, passion, and drive
• Comfortable communicating daily with the VP of Sales
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and reasoning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites applications and programs
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Customer Management Programs)
• Professional communication skills with the ability to listen objectively
• Strong time management skills: including the ability to prioritize projects
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly, to take direction, and be flexible
• Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Written communication skills with the ability to proofread another person’s work
• Maintain a high level of responsibility, accountability, dependability, and ownership
• Work with a high degree of integrity, maintaining internal and external confidentiality
• Able to work independently with little supervision while following company processes
• Knowledge of online file sharing, managing files/folder across multiple platforms, a plus
• 2+ Years Customer Service Experience
• A degree in Business Administration a plus
• Any Sales or Inside Sales Experience a big plus
• Participated in a Competitive or Team Sport a Plus
• Any Management/Sales Management Experience a plus
• Hours of work are Monday through Friday, normally 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• This position comes with the potential to earn more through bonuses
• This position is an hourly wage paid in weekly payroll processing. This position is non-exempt. As a non-exempt employee, overtime pay will be based on time and one-half and calculated on hours over 40 each week
