Lead Technical Support Specialist
Christina, our Lead Technical Support Specialist, is originally from Michigan where she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems. She has 20 years of experience in IT and customer service where she was previously providing technical support for an education company.
Prior to that, she was an IT Manager for a local business focusing on developing and implementing efficient business processes and acting as the sole technical contact for their hardware and software systems. Christina enjoys mentoring and providing support to customers and peers and aims to empower users of all levels.
Since 2015, Christina has been a key contributor to the development of SBE’s online tools and resources. Her current role includes supporting the SBE app and Dashboard, websites, the help center, webinars, and box.com.
